Westlake Towne Center, located at Smith Mountain Lake in Franklin County, Virginia, was begun in 2001. This 140-acre, $45 million architectural-style development quickly became the Lake's key destination for shopping and retail, with anchor tenants including Kroger and Westlake Cinema. The Center has afforded our region access to business-support services including legal services, patent-intellectual legal services, engineering firms in a variety of disciplines, prototyping, machining, testing, accounting and marketing/advertising.
